Capture's website gets a makeover: a page per product, diagrams showing each product in action, and this page, updated every week.

  • Apps your team works in. Dashboards built by Capture Agents become interactive: a follow-up list, a form or a schedule is filled right in the App, protected by a PIN or user accounts. Each App can also have its own agent, answering from its data.
  • From chat to text, without asking twice. When a customer moves from WebChat to text, the vehicle they were looking at follows. If they come back more than 24 hours later, their lead record is updated.
  • Print exactly what you see. Reports and presentations print with no layout surprises.
